Home to North America’s only living coral barrier reef, there are plenty of experiences to be found here, from watersports adventures to unique sightseeing and luxury treatments. With something for everyone, our four-day itinerary to the Florida Keys will illustrate why you should book a Florida Keys yacht charter today.

Day 1: South Beach & Key Biscayne

Board your yacht at the Island Gardens Marina and cruise down the main channel, taking in the beautiful mansions and hotels at Star, Hibiscus, and Palm Island. Anchor out in the open waters just off of South Beach and take the tender ashore for lunch at Nikki Beach. Lay out on the deck as you head towards Key Biscayne, home to a large marine reserve stretching to the north of the Keys and featuring stunning reefs, sandbars, and the famous Stiltsville, the pastel-colored huts on stilts. Explore the mangroves and tropical forests inhabited by beautiful wildlife before trekking to the 19th-century Cape Florida Lighthouse at Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park. Watch the magical sunset from your yacht and indulge in a gourmet 5-course meal prepared by your private chef,

Day 2: The Keys

Wake up as your yacht cruises further down south towards the Florida Keys. Have breakfast by the shores of Boca Chita Key Beach before heading to the Mandalay wreck for a morning of watersports like swimming, diving, snorkeling, and more. If you’re lucky, maybe a school of dolphins will come and join you. Enjoy a lunch out on the deck as you cruise past the coastline of Elliot Keys, Old Rhodes Key, and Islandia. In the afternoon, try your hand at some deep-sea fishing, as some of the best catches are said to be found in the waters here, with over 600 species inhabiting the waters. Bonus – you can have your chef prepare any catches for dinner.

Day 3: Key Largo

Upon arrival at Key Largo, which boasts the title of the dive capital of the world, get ready for a morning of underwater adventures amidst its sprawling coral reef. Head to America’s first-ever underwater park, the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, to swim among the bright corals. Take a well-earned break and indulge in a picnic on the shores before venturing ashore to engage in a round of golf amidst the lush landscapes or a shopping spree at the island’s eclectic boutiques. As the sun slowly sets, sample some of the local culinary delights at the finest restaurants. As the evening draws to a close, cruise towards Indian Key as the stars come out.

Day 4: Key West

In the early morning, cruise to Key West, the final stop on your Florida Keys charter journey.

Located at the southernmost tip of the US, the island is famous for conch-style houses, engaging nightlife, and welcoming hospitality. During the morning, you can relax or enjoy a range of watersports before venturing ashore to pay homage to literary history with a visit to the Ernest Hemingway Museum. As twilight descends, explore its charming streets as you head to Mallory Square for the Sunset Celebrations, an exhilarating event that takes place each evening with musicians, jugglers, and more. Head to the infamous Duval Street for some Latin-inspired cuisine as you enjoy the essence of Key West.
